ONLINE WINTER MEDITATION CIRCLE

 

A six-week meditation circle held in a loving and safe online space to navigate the energy of these winter months together, exploring ways to find light in these darker months and how our inner light can support us in this season.

This meditation circle is an invitation to embrace winter's calling to rest, unwind, slow, get still, ground, restore, reflect, nurture, connect, and simply be. We'll explore nourishing practices that can bring comfort, softness and gentleness to our being as a whole, allowing us to listen to our body, heart and soul and make gentle steps towards the wholeness we long for and whatever it is our being most needs.

There will be opportunities to let go and release as well as opportunities to listen, recharge, restore, and call in new energies. There will be space for self-connection, inner listening and self-reflection as well as sharing, listening and connecting. I'll lovingly hold a safe and calm space for you to relax, soften and find your way back home to yourself, your truth and your heart.

This is a beautiful opportunity to create community and support each other while caring for yourself from the depths of your being.

Sessions are held on Fridays via Zoom, starting at 7 pm, and are 60 minutes long. You can join a single session or gift yourself the whole journey for a radical nourishing self-care experience. Replays are available.

Our sessions will be

  • Grounding

    Bringing you back home to yourself, into your body and into the present moment, deeply rooted and connected with yourself, your body and Mother Earth. Feeling supported and safely and lovingly held.

  • Nourishing

    Tapping into your inner and outer resources to bring nourishment to body, mind, heart and soul. Resting the body, calming the mind, aligning heart and soul, and opening up to be supported by our spiritual and plant allies.

  • Loving

    Connecting with yourself at a deeper level, opening up to listen to the longings of your body, heart and soul. Tending to those parts of you that are in need with loving acceptance and self-compassion.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. They are held on Fridays at 7 pm, starting Friday 10 February, leading up to the Spring Equinox. Full list of sessions dates:
