The circle will be held in my home meditation space in Frome, Willow Vale, starting at 6.30 pm and finishing around 8 pm. The full address will be sent to you after purchasing. You’ll be welcomed in a safe and cosy space with comfy cushions, blankets and hot drinks available.

Contraindications
Cacao is contraindicated with anti-depressants (MAOIs and some SSRIs). Please consult with your doctor before consuming ceremonial cacao if you are pregnant and/or have a heart condition.
Sound healing is not advised in case of epilepsy, vertigo, severe mental health conditions, foreign metal objects in the body, pacemakers, schizophrenia, during the first trimester of pregnancy.
